Foot orthoses make it possible to correct significant calcaneum (heel bone) misalignments due to instability of the tibiotarsal joint whatever the cause (traumatic, post-surgical, calcaneum valgus of the child, etc.)
They can be fitted inside standard shoes and do not limit the ankle flexion-extension movements.
They are made of thermoformable materials or carbon fibre with a comfortable inner padding.
They require a casting of the feet in correction.
