This modular brace made of transparent polycarbonate is very effective for the treatment of kyphosis (round back). 

indications 

• Treatment of evolutive kyphosis of the adolescent (Scheuermann's disease). 
  
• Treatment of postural anomalies (round back). 
  
• In adults or the elderly in case of pain related to excess dorsal kyphosis.

The manufacturing of this brace begins with a plaster cast or computerized digitization of the trunk in standing position. Recent X-rays, front and side of the whole spine, are needed. 

In period of growth, the brace must be renewed on average every 12-18 months.
