Custom moulded seats are used to position and support persons with disabilities with postural problems in a sitting position. They notably help to prevent the aggravation of the deformations (backs, hips) by keeping the body in an optimal position while guaranteeing user’s comfort. The trunk being maintained, the user can more easily control his hands, interact with his environment and thus develop his psychomotor skills. 

Custom moulded seats are used primarily for children with disabilities who cannot walk but may also be prescribed for adults with complex postural problems. 

Entirely custom made from a cast of the person, the custom moulded seats can receive many additions (headrest, tablet, tilt system, etc.)
